A widow and physically challenged hair stylist, Mrs. Salome Samuel, has appealed to well-meaning individuals, non-governmental organizations, and relevant government authorities for assistance to help sustain her struggling salon business, which remains her only means of livelihood.
Speaking with Bigchiefvibes Media, Mrs. Salome Samuel narrated the harsh realities she faces daily in her effort to survive and remain self-reliant despite her condition. According to her, the lack of modern equipment and basic salon tools has greatly affected her business, causing her to lose customers who prefer salons with better facilities.
She explained that the situation has become increasingly difficult, as she has no family or personal support system to fall back on. As a widow who uses a wheelchair, accessing resources and improving her shop has been a major challenge, further limiting her ability to compete in the business.
Mrs. Samuel also appealed for support to renovate her salon shop, stressing that the current condition of the space discourages customers and affects her income. She emphasized that her salon business is her only source of survival and expressed fear that it may collapse completely if help does not come urgently.
“I don’t have anyone to help me. This salon is all I have,” she said, calling on compassionate individuals, NGOs, philanthropists, and government agencies to come to her aid and help her regain hope and dignity through meaningful support.
Bigchiefvibes Media brings this appeal to the public with the hope that the story of Mrs. Salome Samuel will touch hearts and inspire assistance that can restore her business and improve her quality of life.
