After 5 Years of Waiting, God Shows Up for the Nte Family .

The child dedication of Princess Titi-Imaawaji E.C NTE was successfully held at RCCG Chapel of Blessings Parish, Marine Base, Port Harcourt, on Easter Sunday, 5th April, making the occasion even more special and memorable.

The event began with a thanksgiving service in the church, which later transitioned into a grand and lively reception.

 During the thanksgiving session, Mrs. E.C Nte shared an emotional testimony of what God has done for her and her family. She praised and thanked God for His faithfulness, recounting how she waited on the Lord for five years for the fruit of the womb before God finally answered her prayers.

She also encouraged other women who may be in similar situations to remain steadfast in faith and continue to trust in God, assuring them that God never fails. 

The thanksgiving session was filled with heartfelt praises, joy, and visible excitement among family members, friends, and church congregants.

Following the church service, the celebration moved to the reception, where dignitaries and guests gathered in large numbers. The occasion was graced by several notable personalities, including members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and other respected individuals from different walks of life.

The event featured an opening speech by Hon. Paul Ayagwung, Chief of Staff, Andoni LGA, and PDP Chairman, Andoni. In his remarks, he appreciated everyone for honoring the invitation despite the significance of Easter celebrations elsewhere. He commended the guests for their show of love and support to the family.

He further advised Mr. and Mrs. Nte to remain committed in serving God, emphasizing that God has done a wonderful thing in their union. He highlighted their five-year journey of waiting and how God, in His perfect timing, answered their prayers with the gift of a child.

In his vote of thanks, E.C Nte expressed deep gratitude to God for His infinite mercy despite all challenges faced over the years. He appreciated everyone who came out to celebrate with his family and prayed that God who brought them safely would also grant them safe return to their homes.

He also used the opportunity to appreciate the Chairman of Andoni LGA, Hon. Prince Lucky Promise Otuo, for his immense support to him, his family, and the success of the occasion. He further acknowledged his lawyer friend, members of the NBA, and all others who contributed in one way or another, noting that mentioning all names might not be possible.

E.C Nte specially appreciated his family, particularly his elder brother and head of the Nte family, Elder Joel Nte, stating that his guidance and support played a major role in shaping who he is today as a graduate and in life.

In his closing remarks, Elder Joel Nte thanked everyone who made time to attend the event. He expressed joy and gratitude for God’s blessings upon the family and prayed for the parents of the child and all attendees.

The ceremony was filled with joy, gratitude, and celebration as family, friends, and well-wishers gathered to witness and partake in this memorable occasion.
